There are 2 types of precaution that I will touch on.
1. Set up password.
What, Why and How? we need and put password for our devices?
What is actually a password?
It is usually refers to 'pass' meaning that how can u pass from the secret 'word' that you set in.

Why do u need a password?
This is because to ensure the information or data in your devices won't be taken advantage of other's use and to prevents from that devices can easily be stolen. Somehow, the technology in Apple.Inc allowed us to detect our devices by using Find Iphone application. You just need to allow your location/GPS turned on all the time.

How we put in our password in the devices we using?
I will be sharing the methods on using Apple devices. No matter if it is an iPod,Iphone,Ipad or Macbook.

Firstly, we need to click Setting. In there you will find much than you wanted to see. So the one that you need to click on next is Touch ID / Face ID & Passcode. but if your devices is non touch ID/ Face ID you just need to click the Passcode. But in Iphone X you need to click on Face ID & Passcode.

Secondly, click on Touch ID & Passcode. The next step is you need to enter a four/six-digit numeric/alphanumeric passcode and then you need to enter your passcode again to confirm it and activating it.

How to keep information on your Mac?
There is a lot of good thing to use password as a security. Why? How?
Firstly, I am going to answer Why we need to keep information by set up password.
This is because it will secure when we are not using it or let it on sleep mode. because in this two situation require a password when it wakes from sleep or when you turned it on. this will occur something like below this

How to set it up? theres only 3 steps to do so.
1. Choose Apple menu and click system preferences. After you click it next you need to click on security&privacy, then click general.
2. Click require password that are after sleep or screen saver begins.
3. Click the pop-up menu and choose the time that passes before a password is required.

2. Download material from email will be placed?
Firstly, click 'open' a message that contain an material. if you do not see attached files listed above the message body, click more (on the right side). Secondly, locate and open the material. the file is downloaded to the files/folder that specified in your web browser's setting. with Safari on a Mac, the typical location in your Downloads file/folder.
