How Starbuck overcome their problems?

Problems that Starbucks faced and how do they overcome it?

the problems nowadays,

1.  There is a lot of coffee shop that are opened all around the world, which is coffee beans, gloria jeans and also any other coffee shop that are similar to what they are selling and providing.

➷ Starbucks try to overcome it by providing WiFi, spread member cards, and also make their cafe as tidy as it can as attractive and comfort for any of the customers come for a drink, go and chill, have a place to do their work comfortably. 

2. Sometimes their customer aren't satisfied with the service that they are provided or serves.

➷ Starbucks are looking for the employee that can communicate with the customers, giving a feedback for example giving them surveys for them to know the things that they should improving on

3. hard to find employee that able to work full time, and most of them are part-timer

➷ Starbucks is well known for  'Employee is as good as their coffee'

so here they are valuing their workers same as how they brew and take care of the coffee that they will be serving, they also make an event for example the worker's birthday party, a day to remember and any celebration that can make their bond more stronger.

4. They are needing people's opinion or the worker's opinion to know the track of their businesses

➷ Since the workers who work for them, they are relying on the workers to give them information on how to attract more customers how to make more income rather than having loss. So the solution is as soon they have the bond between the employee and the staff so it will be easier for them to communicate and try to overcome the problem that they soon/will have in the future or now.
