Secondly, my chosen company is 

Starbucks is a coffee shop that serving beverages, western foods, smoothies/frappe or coffee/tea. it is located world widely, which they also open up in Asia even though it origin at Washington. In Middle-East they are famous with their dark roasted coffee and their main target is people who needed coffee which is people who are working or studying, because the coffee that they brew are purely from their beans and that makes people awake in the middle of the night to the morning. They also serves smoothies/frappe which means they are trying to attract more young people to their coffee shop rather than only focusing on middle or 20 years old above. on this they lessen the coffee.

How do they used Internet for their business?

They are promoting their foods and drinks through social media, commercial and also Email. For example for people who are  interested  more to watching Astro online so they are doing their commercial for television. For e-commercial or known as online ads they are posting it on online and make sure that their ads reach to the number that they pay for. For example 600-1.9k for $5. Posting their promotions on Instagram/Facebook/Any social medias and to attract people only by posting a picture and a caption that saying the cafe has a promotion in this month. they also sending us an email if we already being member to their cafe only by purchasing member card and fill in the instructions. basically what they do is when its nearly and on the day itself of our birthday they will give us either free bereaves and drinks or just one of them. It is the specialty of being their member and usually they will also send us discount price for any of the foods and drink base on the seasons, for example winter seasons will be having 30% off of hot drinks and chocolate lava muffins.
