How eBay overcome their problems

The problem that eBay faced and how do they overcome it?

1. Tight competition widely

⤷Which means that not only eBay that are famous with this kind of buying and selling widely but also Alibaba, AliExpress, Zalora, Zara, Forever21 and etc. so eBay wants them to be more then what the competitors giving to their customers. in hence to do so, they have to limit the price to the lowest base on the quality of itself (the items) and the highest base on the quality also.

2. Refunds

⤷ Once the customer are purchasing the items and on the other hand the sellers have problems with shipping or a scam sellers. Once the buyers reported to eBay itself, money need to be returned as well as their names will be included so negative comments will be given. So in other to convince the buyers they needed to cut-off or stop the deal with the sellers and suspended them to do any selling.

3. negative comments

⤷ Negative comments will make eBay look not nice for other's opinion and started to stop buying or selling from them or even not wanting any services from eBay, this matter will make a big loss to eBay so they have to know the negative comments and try to be the positive one and show them that they have more positivity than negativity.

4. The fees

⤷ The fees for the sellers are getting increases on 2016. The fees increases more than a half of the year before. so the sellers will be doubting or unsure to publishing their items in eBay due to don't want to risk any of lose they will be facing in the future. So eBay will make sure to advertise their web more efficiently, and posting the positive comments so that it can convince the sellers that they have the target market.
