A precautions for any devices

There are 2 types of precaution that I will touch on.

1. Set up password. 

What, Why and How? we need and put password for our devices?

What is actually a password?

 It is usually refers to 'pass' meaning that how can u pass from the secret 'word' that you set in. 

Why do u need a password?

This is because to ensure the information or data in your devices won't be taken advantage of other's use and to prevents from that devices can easily be stolen. Somehow, the technology in Apple.Inc allowed us to detect our devices by using Find Iphone application. You just need to allow your location/GPS turned on all the time. 

How we put in our password in the devices we using?

I will be sharing the methods on using Apple devices. No matter if it is an iPod,Iphone,Ipad or Macbook. 

Firstly, we need to click Setting. In there you will find much than you wanted to see. So the one that you need to click on next is Touch ID / Face ID & Passcode. but if your devices is non touch ID/ Face ID you just need to click the Passcode. But in Iphone X you need to click on Face ID & Passcode.

Secondly, click on Touch ID & Passcode. The next step is you need to enter a four/six-digit numeric/alphanumeric passcode and then you need to enter your passcode again to confirm it and activating it.

How to keep information on your Mac?

There is a lot of good thing to use password as a security. Why? How?

Firstly, I am going to answer Why we need to keep information by set up password. 

This is because it will secure when we are not using it or let it on sleep mode. because in this two situation require a password when it wakes from sleep or when you turned it on. this will occur something like below this

How to set it up? theres only 3 steps to do so.

1. Choose Apple menu and click system preferences. After you click it next you need to click on security&privacy, then click general.

2. Click require password that are after sleep or screen saver begins. 

3. Click the pop-up menu and choose the time that passes before a password is required.

2. Download material from email will be placed?

Firstly, click 'open' a message that contain an material. if you do not see attached files listed above the message body, click more (on the right side). Secondly, locate and open the material. the file is downloaded to the files/folder that specified in your web browser's setting. with Safari on a Mac, the typical location in your Downloads file/folder.

How to escape from or to prevent any hacker?

First of all hacker is a person who using internet or a web illegally which means they are using another person's account to gain any access to the person's profile/email

So hacker is basically doing any spamming, sending viruses, spyware and etc. 

𝟷st step: 

To preventing this problems happen to us any organisation or any users need to know the risk and analyse it before using any internet. 

𝟸nd step:

We need to know how the security policies working so that we can do our backups and reporting due to the problems that we are having and how to get back our account.

𝟹rd step:

We need to practice it so that we can know and be good at it so if we are facing the problem we can easily just do something that we are practising on.

𝟺th step:

In the end all the security will operating so they can help us to gain what we want legally without being scam or hacked again. 

How eBay overcome their problems

The problem that eBay faced and how do they overcome it?

1. Tight competition widely

⤷Which means that not only eBay that are famous with this kind of buying and selling widely but also Alibaba, AliExpress, Zalora, Zara, Forever21 and etc. so eBay wants them to be more then what the competitors giving to their customers. in hence to do so, they have to limit the price to the lowest base on the quality of itself (the items) and the highest base on the quality also.

2. Refunds

⤷ Once the customer are purchasing the items and on the other hand the sellers have problems with shipping or a scam sellers. Once the buyers reported to eBay itself, money need to be returned as well as their names will be included so negative comments will be given. So in other to convince the buyers they needed to cut-off or stop the deal with the sellers and suspended them to do any selling.

3. negative comments

⤷ Negative comments will make eBay look not nice for other's opinion and started to stop buying or selling from them or even not wanting any services from eBay, this matter will make a big loss to eBay so they have to know the negative comments and try to be the positive one and show them that they have more positivity than negativity.

4. The fees

⤷ The fees for the sellers are getting increases on 2016. The fees increases more than a half of the year before. so the sellers will be doubting or unsure to publishing their items in eBay due to don't want to risk any of lose they will be facing in the future. So eBay will make sure to advertise their web more efficiently, and posting the positive comments so that it can convince the sellers that they have the target market.

How Starbuck overcome their problems?

Problems that Starbucks faced and how do they overcome it?

the problems nowadays,

1.  There is a lot of coffee shop that are opened all around the world, which is coffee beans, gloria jeans and also any other coffee shop that are similar to what they are selling and providing.

➷ Starbucks try to overcome it by providing WiFi, spread member cards, and also make their cafe as tidy as it can as attractive and comfort for any of the customers come for a drink, go and chill, have a place to do their work comfortably. 

2. Sometimes their customer aren't satisfied with the service that they are provided or serves.

➷ Starbucks are looking for the employee that can communicate with the customers, giving a feedback for example giving them surveys for them to know the things that they should improving on

3. hard to find employee that able to work full time, and most of them are part-timer

➷ Starbucks is well known for  'Employee is as good as their coffee'

so here they are valuing their workers same as how they brew and take care of the coffee that they will be serving, they also make an event for example the worker's birthday party, a day to remember and any celebration that can make their bond more stronger.

4. They are needing people's opinion or the worker's opinion to know the track of their businesses

➷ Since the workers who work for them, they are relying on the workers to give them information on how to attract more customers how to make more income rather than having loss. So the solution is as soon they have the bond between the employee and the staff so it will be easier for them to communicate and try to overcome the problem that they soon/will have in the future or now.

Reducing Risks

➥How to reduce risks to security using different types of business activities? 

 Here I will share about things that we usually use in Internet but don't really know the meaning or the definition of doing it. This also connected to the advantages of using it.

In each of any organization or users that are using Internet will see this things that I discuss frequently. Each of them also needed this for their secure and also their steps to search or look for something.

What is www?

➙ So, Basically www is always occurring when we are looking for an apps in Internet which stands for the mash-up of all resources and the users in online but http is also occurring when we are looking for any text content for the hypertext transfer protocol. 

what is server?

➤ For example is me, I am the server and you (you are the reader of my blog) which means a devices that provide services. I provide information for you and you provide an excess to read my blog. It also mean any of data that included in the services that you and me are providing. This services always runs overtime you are using it. The devices that i use and you use may be dedicated or used for other purposes also. 

what is protocol?

➸ It is an information in any technology that existence and it can cut-off any communication that we are using are their main role. It also specifically connected between the communicating entities.

Secondly, my chosen company is 

Starbucks is a coffee shop that serving beverages, western foods, smoothies/frappe or coffee/tea. it is located world widely, which they also open up in Asia even though it origin at Washington. In Middle-East they are famous with their dark roasted coffee and their main target is people who needed coffee which is people who are working or studying, because the coffee that they brew are purely from their beans and that makes people awake in the middle of the night to the morning. They also serves smoothies/frappe which means they are trying to attract more young people to their coffee shop rather than only focusing on middle or 20 years old above. on this they lessen the coffee.

How do they used Internet for their business?

They are promoting their foods and drinks through social media, commercial and also Email. For example for people who are  interested  more to watching Astro online so they are doing their commercial for television. For e-commercial or known as online ads they are posting it on online and make sure that their ads reach to the number that they pay for. For example 600-1.9k for $5. Posting their promotions on Instagram/Facebook/Any social medias and to attract people only by posting a picture and a caption that saying the cafe has a promotion in this month. they also sending us an email if we already being member to their cafe only by purchasing member card and fill in the instructions. basically what they do is when its nearly and on the day itself of our birthday they will give us either free bereaves and drinks or just one of them. It is the specialty of being their member and usually they will also send us discount price for any of the foods and drink base on the seasons, for example winter seasons will be having 30% off of hot drinks and chocolate lava muffins.

Here on the different topic i'll be discussing about any of the businesses that using internet to spread their businesses by using internet

Firstly, my chosen company is 

The headquarter of eBay

eBay is located in Northern California. It is also a e-businesses which means only doing an online business so they need quite a few branches and the role of the headquarter to compiling and to authoring the buying,selling and also auction items. in terms of this eBay is the well-known business over 10 countries in Internet and they are also a multimillion-dollar business. there is no rules for the buyers and eBay also set up free window-shopping which means the customer can look for any item for free but there is a rule for sellers. they were ask for paying the fees for each and every properties that they are selling in eBay website. if there is an error of buying items we can freely click to the report and the sellers will be reported and our money are returned back to our Paypal.

How do eBay using Internet for their business?

eBay is a online type of marketing or business that they are concentrating to the people who can uses devices like computers or hand phone, So they are focusing on people who can afford to buy any gadgets, by this they can promoting their items on the go which mean they can only click to any item they want to purchase no matter where you are and how much you want it to be, the only key is you just need a Internet to know the item, search for the item and also to purchasing the item. They also do advertising which means that they advertise their app, for people who can know their web that easily and can attract people on their items. they also making their own apps for making their customer to check on them by turning on their notification or connect to their email for eBay to send any new item you would like to purchase. 

Do you know that eBay actually mean to Echo Bay Technology Group? but they shorten it to eBay due to a gold mining company named their business to Echo Bay Mines. 

What is Internet and How they operate world widely?

Internet? 🤔

💭Have you ever wonder what is Internet? if you do please have a look and read on my opinion on what is Internet in my cognition  :

Basically, Internet is the app on our devices for example Twitter app, Facebook app or even Messenger (for example WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and etc).  All this is a Internet networking. It is our public telecommunication with or to others.

What is Networking? Networking is basically a worldwide information system and it  defines our Day-to-Day activities and what do we need in our daily life. Just a basic one 
1. Google. We did our research by using this. It is related to what we want and the Google give what we want on a result of worldwide information. 2. Researching is also part of using Internet. we did our research to know something more deeper or to learn something base on how other's this too. By having this Google we doesn't need to know people's address to see what they are posting. We just simply need to type what we want and the Google already compile it in one to infinity page that they have base on what other's have post to the network. 

How do Internet operate? 💬

If you relatives are studying abroad for example I'm living in Brunei Darussalam and my sister is studying in United Kingdom, so the only thing that keep us updated where she live, how do she live on her own, how do we keep in touch with her just simply Text her through email, busy nowadays people usually do texting in WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, telegram and so on. Not only by texting we also can do video calling world widely. Here my point is we can make a call or video calling with people all around the world by connecting to the Internet (WiFi/Cellular data)
